What we collect and why

Demo enquiries include your name, role, contact information, country, time zone, subject and learning goals. We use these to respond and arrange a possible lesson. Please avoid sharing sensitive information or a child’s full personal details.

Resource requests record an email, resource and subject interest, required request permission and optional updates permission, with timestamps. Enquiry campaign labels may be stored when included in the page URL. We do not send personal information to analytics services; no advertising or analytics tracking is currently enabled.

Launch registrations

The 2026–2027 launch offer records your email and request-permission timestamp to reserve one of the first 100 registration places. One place is counted per email address; ownership is not verified. This does not subscribe you to marketing. Launch access ends on 31 December 2027 with no automatic charge. Ask for deletion using the privacy form below.

Resources and email permission

Requesting a resource does not sign you up for promotions. The optional updates checkbox is never preselected. Entering an email does not prove that you own it; verification emails are not implemented. Downloads and external YouTube or Discord links can be shared. This is not DRM or a paid membership.

Cookies, storage and service providers

Essential HTTP-only cookies grant access to individual email-unlocked resources for 24 hours. A separate launch-access cookie lasts until 31 December 2027 and is checked against the saved registration. Owner sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication. Records and files are hosted through Sites using Cloudflare database and private object storage. These providers may process technical information and store data outside your country. YouTube and Discord have their own privacy policies when you open their links; this site does not embed their trackers.

Access and retention

Administrative access is restricted to the configured owner. Information is kept to handle enquiries, provide resources and honour optional updates until it is no longer needed or an appropriate deletion request is completed. Automated retention cleanup is not yet configured. Resource access tokens expire after 24 hours; expired database records may remain until maintenance.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw optional update permission, using the form below. Withdrawal does not affect a previous enquiry. Requests are reviewed manually; identity may need to be confirmed before action. No marketing messages are sent automatically by this site.

Young learners

Under-18 students should have a parent or guardian make enquiries and resource requests.
